We aim to make sure that the expectations of the clients, engineers and all the stakeholders are fully complied with the projects, and are delivered with a high standard workmanship in a timely manner with the art of engineering collections in bits and pieces. We always use products and materials that meet or exceed the requirements of the contract documents and ensure our staff are adequately trained. We are committed to the vision of a clean Dubai environment with minimum wastage of construction materials. Measurable quality targets will be set to achieve quality oriented construction /projects from talent human capital built up with internal and external trainings. We are currently pursuing for QHSE accredited contractor for the certification and are working towards compliance with ISO 9001 : 2015 Quality Management System and we are working in compliance with ISO Quality Management Standards.

We also aim to effectively mitigate all hazards arising from our facilities, activities and site-specific environments. We ensure to comply with all legal obligations, relevant standards and codes of practice with a commitment to developing a culture of safety within the field of our construction industry. Measurable goals will be set to achieve welfare of employees and it’s supporting collegiate. Accrediting QHSE policy will help Green Passive Constructions for a smooth health and safety implementation.We are accredited in ISO 45001 : 2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management System and we are working in compliance with ISO Health and Safety Management Standards.
